### Scholars

Fort Worth ISD recognized 346 students as Superintendent Scholars during a special ceremony on Thursday, November 10th at TCU. Superintendent Dr. Kent Scribner presented certificates and stoles to students honored for achievement as either a National Merit Semifinalist or National Merit Commended student; an AP Scholar with Distinction or National AP Scholar; or a National Achievement Scholar or National Hispanic Scholar.

Students were recognized from Western Hills High School in the category of Dual Credit Scholars with Honors. Each student has at least 12 college credits accumulated and a college GPA of 3.5 or higher.
