Mr. Joshua Mata, graduated December 2019 with a B.A. in Theatre from the Universtiy of North Texas with a focus in Acting and Theatrical Makeup . Within that time he also pursued the route of getting his teacher certification, and had the honor of student teaching under Juila Worthington at Western Hills High School in the Fall of 2019. 

He mixes his career of 9 years as a Cosmetologist and Barber Instructor in the aspects of Technical Theatre to provide outlets of creativity both on and off the stage. Joshua is currently pursing a M.A. in Theatre at Texas A&M Commerce. In his free time he enjoys munching on popcorn, watching the latest films, and exploring the trails with his German Shepard, Row. He is honored  to be the first Theatre Director to produce shows in the Juila Worthington Black Box Theatre at Western Hills High School.
