District Results:
The Lady Cougars competed at the 7-5A District Track Meet Friday, April 13th and Saturday, April 14th. We managed to make it through 89 degree weather and Tornado Warnings on Friday, then turned around and ran in winter weather winds Saturday. 

Medal winners on JV were Latyra Givens who placed 2nd in 100 Hurdles and 3rd in the 100 meter dash. Catti Rock placed 3rd in the shot put, while Alondra Munoz Caraveo placed 3rd in the 300 Hurdles.

Varsity  runner Prycilla Lopez advances to Regionals placing 1st in the 3200m run and the 1600m run.  She also placed 3rd in the 800m run.  She will be competing in Lubbock in two weeks.
