Unbelievably proud of Catti Rock. We did not think she would lift at all this year due to surgery on her knee and removing a hamstring, but she is STATE BOUND!!!

Last night the boys competed at Western Hills and dominated. Everyone's total went up by at least 100 pounds or more. I am unbelievably proud of these athletes who put the work in and are seeing the results.
The team will travel to Bridgeport on Saturday (2/1/2020) at 6am and then Benbrook next Wednesday (2/5/2020).
