Aaron Martin, Keyon Butler, and RJ Moilan were honored at the Fort Worth City Council Meeting on April 25th with a beautiful plaque. They were recognized for their academics and athleticism as representatives of Western Hills High School and the Las Vegas Trail Community. They met with Mayor Mattie Parker, Councilmember Michael Crain, and Corporal Dan Graves (USMC), a World War II Veteran and a survivor of Iwo Jima.
Next year, they will all attend and play football for the University of Central Missouri. The connections and memories they have created in high school will continue into the next phase of their lives.
They represent the pride and the true character of what it takes to be a Western Hills Cougar.
Kaeden Foster signed with Southwestern Assemblies of God University (SAGU) on April 20, 2023.
We will have to reschedule our ceremony due to the rain and icey weather, but we did have three young men sign today to play at the Division 2 NCAA level.

Well, another season comes to an end with a tough loss. China Spring, the returning state champs, have a very good team. They have a good chance of winning it again!!
BUT, we were there!
We earned the right to play them, we earned the right to play an extra game, and our boys earned the right to say, " we played in the Texas State High school playoffs for three years in a row". No one can take that from them!
With the end of the season, we say goodbye to another great group of seniors. This senior group has completely transformed our program and will be missed. Please congratulate these young men and all the players today on what they have done this year and over the past three years! We sure are proud of them, and we hope you are too!!!
As always....GO COUGARS!!!
