In a season that has been filled with ups and downs, last Friday night your Lady Cougar basketball team may have had their greatest "Up" of them all. Playing with only 5 players for most of the game, your lady cougars were able to battle back from a 7-point deficit going into the 4th quarter to emerge with an 8-point victory against Carter-Riverside. With only 5 girls, I don't know where they got the energy to win the 4th quarter by a score of 16-1, as they did, but it goes to show just how tough and strong these girls truly are. With that said, Tuesday 2/1 will be our last home game as well as senior night. The Lady Cougars will take on Diamond-Hill Jarvis.
