Annual Public Notification of Nondiscrimination
1. The Fort Worth Independent School District offers Career and Technical Education programs in all fourteen (14) career clusters, including Gold Seal Programs of Choice Programs.

Admission to the above programs is based on interest, lottery selection, age appropriateness, and class space availability.
2. It is the policy of Fort Worth ISD not to discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, sexual orientation, disability, gender identity and expression, military/veteran status, or any other basis prohibited by law in its vocational programs, services, or activities and provides equal access to the Boy Scouts and other designated youth groups as required by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended; Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972; and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended.
