Originally from Kansas, Mrs. Flores earned her degree in education from Kansas State University before relocating to Texas to pursue her passion for teaching and school leadership.
Mrs. Flores served as an Assistant Principal and Principal at Stripling Middle School before becoming principal at Western Hills High School.
During her time at WHHS, she focused on increasing student outcomes by building teacher efficacy and using data-driven practices to inform instruction. Her leadership emphasized collaboration, professional growth, and a culture of continuous improvement. She also helped create a warm, inclusive, and supportive environment for students, teachers, and families alike.
